Tied The Leader: Gunslingers

New week, new spotlight. This time around we highlight Lupes, who, contrary to popular belief, bears no resemblance whatsoever to Toucan Sam.

Pony: Lupes.
Lupes: Sup pwner
Pony: You ready to do this or what?
Lupes: Ready when you are. I have an hour or two to kill.
Pony: Ha. Well I hope I entertain.
Lupes: likewise.
Pony: Here we go. Leading off, as predictable.
Pony: Where did you get your gamertag from?
Lupes: I used to post frequently on the Halo social board at gamefaqs with the name Lupin Roamer (kinda lifted that from Lupin the 3rd, a show I watched a lot of around the time). A little before I decided on what my gamertag would be one of my friends started caliing me Lupes. It sounded a lot better, so I went with it.
Pony: Nice, I was gonna guess it had something to do with cereal. Man was I wrong.
Lupes: That came after I got the name Lupes, actually. One of my friends named himself Frewt shortly thereafter.
Pony: Haha, Frewt and Lupes. What a double team.
Pony: Pregunta dos (for you, Zeuz.) How did you stumble across the mangy mutts at TTL?
Lupes: My memory on it is a little fuzzy, but I had been keeping up on the blog for awhile when DeeJ made a post about forming a clan in Halo 2. Since the ones that had been made previous had a nasty habit of falling apart or being renamed in weeks it definitely seemed like something that it would be good to be a part of. A clan of people who were okay with just playing and weren’t going to complain because I went negative in a game? Awesome! A couple days or weeks later nokers and I got to playing and the night after (or something like that) the most onesided game of CTF on relic ever I had been invited to be a part of the gunslingers. I was number 24 or 25 according to the blog article.
Lupes: It’s taking an awful long time to type these up, I blame having to remember things.
Pony: No biggy man
Pony: I’m perusing the boards for the first time in years
Lupes: So many pages of Locke’s posting to catch up on.
Pony: I wish there was a Locke filter. Then again, I’d only have one or two posts to read.
