C1NDER Two-Flag on Valhala (Al Capown POV)
This match, to no one’s surprise, was dominated by Al’s effective and aggressive Banshee piloting. Double kills, splatters, destroying enemy warthogs, he’s all over the place in that banshee! All the while helping TTL keep control of the center field! Al’s banshee piloting had such a strong effect on Clan C1nder, they made it a point to steal TTL’s Banshee on re-spawn two times during the match!
After Al’s banshee was finally lasered down he then put his BR skills to work. He helped TTL gain control of top middle, destroying enemy warthog and all comers to top middle in the process.
The first quarter of the match was dominated by TTL, specifically Al’s Banshee. But Without Al’s Banshee piloting to hold them down, C1nder was able to wrestle control of top middle and get our flag out of the base a few times. But without a doubt, Honor Guard steped up and quickly recovered our flag each time.
An action packed match ensued with no one team gaining an advantage. Then Al Capown grabbed the Spartan Laser and although it pained him to do it so, lasered an ememy banshee. When C1NDER stole our Banshee, he destroyed that one too. Who knew he was in the business of destroying banshee’s on purpose? Halfway through the match with no banshee for either team, Clan C1nder was able to maintain a strict control over the top middle of the map. they were able to thwart multiple flag steals by TTL. Their control of top middle finally lead them to score first blood on TTL with a successful flag grab and score, making it 1-0 for C1nder.
Just when things were looking bleak, TTL Muvakali made a sneaky flag grab and jumped thorugh man cannon! Al Capown and Kali slowly relayed the flag while TTL Homicide and Chicka kept them cover with a Warthog. The flag push was kept alive through multiple incremental touches until TTL finally tied it up.
The final tide didn’t turn until Al got control of an enemy Banshee. He went on a killing frenzy in his Banshee, spreading terror across Valhalla from Blue Base to Red Base for the last three minutes of the game. This proved to be the most exciting portion of the match with Al Capown on a kiling frenzy scoring multiple splatters and a triple kill. In the last minute C1nder rallied to destroy Al’s Banshee and recover a stolen flag.
Just when things seemed to be turning around for C1nder, Al Capown respawned and jumped directly into a fresh Banshee. With a new Banshee and Warthog attacking the C1nder base in the last 40 seconds, Wheels made the pivotal decision to jump out of the gunner of the warthog, steal the enemy flag while Kali drove inside the enemy base with the warthog. Wheels jumped in and they drove gunner-less back to TTL’s base to score the flag in overtime!
